What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Most items have free economy delivery with an option for express delivery for a small additional charge. Customers in Highlands and Islands will pay an extra charge for larger items that cannot be sent via Royal Mail.  We do try to accommodate all customers in all locations so if you cant see a shipping option for your location please email us and we will supply a competitive quote for you. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All of our payments are taken through PayPal, customers can either pay via their PayPal account or with major Credit or Debit Cards. Customers wishing to collect thier items from our warehouse will have to make cash (exact change only). Unfortunately we cannot accept online payments for items that are collect from our warehouse. 

How long will delivery take?

We aim to ship your item within 1 working day of receiving the order. If the order is placed after our daily cut off of 2pm we treat the order as being placed the next day.

For Example: Royal Mail 48 Service

  • If the order is placed 1pm on Monday we aim to ship the item by the end of Tuesday and you will receive by Thursday.
  • If the order is placed 1pm on Friday we aim to ship the item by the end of Monday and you will receive by Wednesday.
  • If the order is placed 4pm on Friday we aim to ship the item by the end of Tuesday and you will receive by Thursday.

These timescales are very prudent and we normally ship items much quicker. However, during periods of high demand these shipping times are realistic.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We take the security of your details seriously, this is the main reason we use PayPal as we never have access to your payment details.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed you order the item is picked and packaged in our warehouse in Hatfield Broad Oak. It is then collected by the relevant courier and starts making its way to you. You will recieve email confirmation at this stage along with an invoice and where available tracking information for the shipment. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Our system will automatically email you a dispatch confirmation along with an invoice. As we registered under the Global VAT Scheme the invoice will not show a VAT content.
